100% HIGHLY Recommend We Care Auto Repair! We were driving through from Colorado Springs on a trip to Montana and our brakes went out at 6am in Fort Collins. Had AAA tow us to a shop that told us they couldn’t diagnose until 5pm (we would’ve had to cancel the trip). Our tower recommended We Care Auto Repair, we gave them a call and got to speak with a great employee before they even opened for the day. Tower brought us over to them right as they opened up and they got us in short notice— we had a good idea of what the issue was, talked with the  mechanic and he said since we’re passing through he’d help us out asap. Took about 2 hours total and their team fixed the brake, got fluid back in the lines and bled them, realigned, and looked over everything to be sure we’d be safe on the trip (even topped off our tires and washer fluid). The price was fair and the service was 5-stars, we even had our 2 dogs with us and they were accommodating and recommended a nearby dog park while we waited.

If i could give Chrissy 6 stars I would. They are not mechanics they are car doctors. Very knowledgeable and upfront. This level of  thoroughness should be the industry standard.

Reese was fantastic. He took time to understand the problem and answer questions.  After the first day, he needed some more time so the next morning he came by and got the car and took it to his shop.  Customer service was great and the communication during the whole process was great. Price was very reasonable.

We Care Auto Repair is Awesome. I would Highly recommend them to fix your vehicle. They definitely honor their Warrantys. My van was recently having issues. Was fix with in 24 hours and returned to me. We care Auto did a wonderful Job, very nice respectful, caring people.

Probably the best service I have ever received. Between the customer service and actually working on the car they went above and beyond. I’ve never had a more professional and knowledgeable mechanic! Chrissy called me back at 8pm and although she couldn’t help me. She talked me through what plugs to buy for my car, which dealers to look at and what the price range should be so I wasn’t getting taken advantage of by specialty shops in town. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had! I had a nasty noise coming from the front end and I had no idea what it could be. This is as good as it gets right here. I got in the day I called and a mechanic showed up no less than an hour later. We worked through the problem I was having and came to a conclusion fast. I’ve used We Care Auto twice now and they will be my first call for any vehicle issues moving forward. Absolute gem to have an honest, knowledgeable, professional mechanic. Traveling from Wyoming on this fine Thanksgiving morning when our truck decided that it didn’t want to move from our pit stop. My battery died while I was out of town, jump did not work and when I called a local auto shop they were trying to charge me almost $400.00 for just the battery replacement and I would have to arrange towing myself. Reese changed out my battery within the hour I called to check the pricing and for a fraction of what the local shop was going to charge me. Will be using this shop again if I need any repairs.
